Our Return Policy

We want you to love your Balls No Nuts protein balls! If you're not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date. Items must be unopened and in original condition with all packaging intact.

What Can Be Returned?

Eligible for Return:

  • Unopened products in original packaging
  • Products damaged during shipping (with photo proof)
  • Incorrect items sent by us
  • Defective products

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Opened or partially consumed products (due to health and safety regulations)
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards
Important: Food Safety
Due to FDA food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened food products. Products must be unopened and sealed in original packaging to be eligible for return.

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your order:

Contact Us
Email us at [email protected] or call (555) 123-4567 within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Receive Return Authorization
We'll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions within 1-2 business days. Do not ship items back without an RA number.

Pack Your Return
Securely pack the item(s) in original packaging. Include your RA number on the outside of the box. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Ship Your Return
Ship the package to the address provided in your return instructions within 7 days of receiving your RA number.

Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Refund Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

What's Refunded:

  • Product purchase price
  • Original shipping costs (if item was damaged or we sent the wrong item)

What's Not Refunded:

  • Original shipping costs (for customer-initiated returns)
  • Return shipping costs (customer responsibility unless item is defective or incorrect)

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different flavor or product. To exchange an item:

  • Contact us with your order number and desired exchange item
  • Follow the return process above
  • We'll ship your exchange item once we receive your return

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your desired item is unavailable, we'll issue a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Products

We take great care in packaging your order, but sometimes damage occurs during shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • Include your order number

We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund including original shipping costs. You do not need to return damaged items unless requested.

Our Promise
If we sent you the wrong item or a defective product, we'll cover all return shipping costs and send a replacement immediately.

Wrong Item Received

If we sent you the wrong item, we sincerely apologize! Please contact us within 7 days with:

  • Your order number
  • Photo of the item received
  • Description of what you ordered

We'll send the correct item immediately at no charge and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect item.

Return Shipping Costs

Customer-Initiated Returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product, etc.).

Our Error: If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Shipping Tips:

  • Use a trackable shipping method
  • Keep your shipping receipt until refund is processed
  • Insure valuable shipments
  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement
  • Contact your credit card company (processing can take time)
  • Contact your bank (processing delays can occur)
  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us at [email protected]

Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns. However, if an item is returned without authorization, in used condition, or outside the 30-day window, we reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a restocking fee.

Subscription Orders

If you have a subscription and receive an unwanted shipment, you may return it following our standard return policy. To cancel your subscription, please log into your account or contact customer service.

Subscription cancellations must be made at least 2 days before your next scheduled shipment to avoid being charged.

Additional Terms

Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return policy requirements.

Policy Changes: This return policy is subject to change. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

State Laws: Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. This policy gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.
